1. Our Commitment

TSG is committed to providing a website experience that is usable by the widest practical audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility and will be considered as content, features, documents, and third-party services change.

2. Accessibility Target

Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes a target and ongoing effort; it is not a claim that every page, file, or third-party component has been independently audited or fully conforms.

3. Measures We Ask the Site Team to Maintain

  • Clear headings, meaningful link text, descriptive page titles, and consistent navigation.

  • Keyboard access, visible focus indicators, logical focus order, and no keyboard traps.

  • Sufficient text and control contrast, readable type, reflow, and support for zoom.

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels or instructions for form controls.

  • Clear error identification, success messages, and status messages that assistive technology can detect.

  • Captions or equivalent alternatives for time-based media when required.

  • Accessible HTML content whenever practical and alternate formats for documents on request.

4. PDFs and Third-Party Content

Some downloadable documents and third-party services, including scheduling and property-search tools, may present accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We will work to provide the same information or service through a reasonable alternative when practical.

6. Ongoing Review

Accessibility will be included in content reviews, responsive testing, keyboard testing, form testing, and significant site updates. This statement may be revised as the website and accessibility practices evolve.
