1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the TSG website, request a guide, schedule a conversation, contact us, or interact with site features. A linked third-party service may separately collect information under its own privacy policy.

2. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the site, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, message, appointment information, real estate interests, timing, location preferences, property information, and other information you choose to share. Please do not submit confidential financial account numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general website form.

3. Information Collected Automatically

The website host and configured service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic/security information.

4. How Information Is Used

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested guides, appointments, property information, or real estate services.

  • Operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and user experience.

  • Communicate about a request, appointment, service relationship, or other interaction.

  • Maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage, MLS, and professional obligations.

  • Send marketing communications only as permitted and with the choices and notices required for the channel used.

5. How Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, forms, scheduling, email delivery, analytics, security, document delivery, and property-search functions; with Keller Williams Legacy and transaction professionals when appropriate to provide requested services; with professional advisers; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a business reorganization. Service providers are expected to use information for the services they provide.

6. Sale, Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sensitive Data

TSG does not intend to sell personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration or use it for targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. TSG does not intend to collect sensitive personal data through general website forms. If the final site practices differ, the notice, consent, and opt-out controls must be revised before those practices begin.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, preferences, measurement, or embedded features. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some functions may not work as intended.

A request for a guide, appointment, or response authorizes communications reasonably related to that request. It is not blanket consent to receive unrelated marketing texts or prerecorded calls. Where separate marketing consent is required, it will be requested separately. Marketing emails will include an available unsubscribe method. Transactional or service-related messages may continue when appropriate.

10. Texas Privacy Rights

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or another applicable law grants rights, a Texas resident may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal data, and may opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. The Act generally exempts small businesses as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, except for its rule concerning the sale of sensitive data. TSG may honor reasonable requests even when a specific law does not require it.

11. Requests and Appeals

We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority. If a request is declined, you may appeal by replying with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. Where applicable, unresolved concerns may be submitted to the Texas Attorney General.

12. Children

The website is intended for adults seeking real estate information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.

13. External Links and Updates

External sites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, practices, or law. The current version will be posted with its effective date.
